Kristen and Nige have exciting news for Canberra residents: the return of an annual tradition that has graced the city for over 30 years.
Skyfire will once again light up the skies over Lake Burley Griffin on March 16, 2024.
The event next year is expected to be massive – so huge, in fact, that it’s uniting Canberra’s favourite radio stations. Mix106.3 will co-host the event alongside Hit104.7.
The show promises to be a 20-minute-long pyrotechnic bonanza, launched from barges situated within the central basin of Lake Burley Griffin, so close you feel the sonic booms run through your body and all set to a high energy soundtrack played simultaneously on Hit 104.7 and Mix 106.3.
