Auctions are plentiful around the ACT and more so recently, after Ray White had 75 properties go under the hammer across a weekend at the start of Feb.
However, auctions have a list of misconceptions surrounding them.
One of the biggest from a buyer’s point of view is fear of paying too much.
Cam and Renee spoke to Bushy Martin from Realty Talk and KnowHow Property Finance, who clarified some of those misconceptions and gave his best advice for those going into an auction.
