We’re used to seeing horses pounding the track at Thoroughbred Park, but this weekend tartan clad Canberran’s will also be racing!
They’re running a Kilted Dash as part of Thoroughbred Park’s celebration of the Canberra Burns Club Centennial Race Day. Anyone who rocks up to the event in anything tartan will be able to race.
The Burns Club are celebrating their 100th year in Scottish style, with a 50 person Pipe Band, jumping castle, live music, face painters and the main event – the Kilted Dash.
