A receptionist at the Pathology testing service within the Canberra Hospital has tested positive to COVID-19.
ACT Health Minister, Rachel Stephen-Smith confirmed the news on Friday morning.
As a result, it’s expected a number of co-workers will be required to isolate as contact tracing gets underway.
Stephen-Smith slso warned, this could have a slight impact on the turn around time for test results at the clinic.
