Nige recently discovered Mug Cakes on youtube. Small cakes cooked in a microwave, in a mug.
Obviously.
In the words of Nige it’s “cake for the time poor”.
Using only ice cream and self- raising flour and some chocolate topping Nige made Kate a Mug cake, on-air in the studio.
They moved the microwave into the studio, and between chatting to their listeners, Nige created the cake.
