Raiders Coach Ricky Stuart has been inducted into the New South Wales Rugby League Hall of Fame overnight.

Recognised as a mercurial halfback who helped turn the Canberra Raiders into a premiership force, after winning titles in 1989-90 and 1994.

Stuart turned to coaching after a recurring knee injury ended his playing career and won a premiership in his first season with the Sydney Roosters.

He’s now been coaching back at the Raiders since 2014, leading the side to it’s first Grand Final appearance since ’94 back in 2019.

Stuart was inducted alongside fellow greats Ken Kearney and Harry Wells
