An 18-year-old from Belconnen has been charged over the alleged murder of Glenn Walewicz back in June last year.
Walewicz died in hospital from injuries he sustained after being shot at the front door of his Phillip home.
A year-long investigation by ACT Police led to the arrest of the 18-year-old on Sunday as well as another teenager, charged with being an accessory to the crime.
The man will face the ACT Children’s Court on Monday as he was aged 17 at the time of the incident.
Police are renewing their calls for anyone who has any information regarding this matter to come forward to Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
